Worked on teh CG for too long, abandoned the bigger plans I had for the pic.

It's just a generic character, inspired by killzombi's and glittersniffer's styles. Tried some new things with dirty effects by playing with the exposure levels while scanning. Tried some fancy chiariscuro (sp?) shading. I think. Tried to think up a title that was as straightforward and not pretentious as possible, yet still described the picture. Tried to get my comp to stop being a weiner about the large file size x__x

.7mm mechanical pencil on cardstock: 1 hour.
Photoshop 7: 4 hours.
Not having to put annoying copyright notices on your art because enough people recognize your style so that thieves are virtually impotent: priceless.

I did do a stampy thing tho. With my name on it. I hope it's not too "annoying copyright notice." See the stampy thing. Love it.

Just had a amazing time looking at tthe pic looking at the way u did it and guessing the bigger plans u had for it!!! ^_^;; I am guessing u wanted more detail in the wings and a in a cave look O_o am i right? Anywy lovely pic and CG!!! Can i ask why u like letting the sketch show through the CGed version of the pic?

I think for the subject matter, it came out a tad too dark, but I still like it a lot.
