Lazy ass coloring job done in Photoshop, working from a sketch

EDIT: Oh yeah, big thanks to my friend Nick, for making me play it, and then finishing it when my attention span / need to spectate kicked in.

EDIT: I DON'T care if this is my deviation, I feel like commenting. First of all, whoever said it's cramped at the bottom, you are a genius, it is bugging the crap out of me. I had decided to go with a 3/4 view couch in order to break out of my shell--I'm always doing side view--and it just didn't work here. Something from that angle would need some space underneath it and something else geometric to break up the harsh diagonals. (Maybe.)

I was also drawing at about 1/2 the scale I'm used to, again, to try something new. I'm more happy with this result but my details really suffer, mostly because of my really sketchy style to begin with. Things are usually hard to see and hard to keep straight when I draw but drawing even smaller (while staying messy) is a recipe for disaster. Lesson: slow down when drawing slow, or learn to ink. Or draw at normal size forever, never improve, and adjust the size in photoshop.

As for that tentacle, it's supposed to be a horn. You can't really tell, but one of those monsters is huge and different than the others, it has that big horn and that's his gigantic arm/hand on the back of the couch. I could've spent a lot more time on the couch and garments, detailing them properly, but man am I lazy.

What I do like is the pile of shadow baddies, and the mother at the top, although she really should have been ..not that big. And even though it's simple and lazy, I still like the silhouettes of the castle parts in the background.
